When you meet someone who claims to be strategic, driven and focussed, it sounds too good to be true. Then they evidence it by claiming to be in the top 1% of marathon finishers and using the same strategy whilst wearing brogues that they do in their Nikes.
You might worry that they’re looking for an easy, repetitive experience at work that reflects their Sunday morning training run, but not this guy! He loves to sail the high seas, the rougher the better, and he has the same approach in his oilskins as he does his suit jacket.
